Raghu’s love for photography started when he bought his first camera from his own earnings 23 years ago, that was Kodak KB10 (a film camera).

After 9 years of clicking with film camera, bought my first DSLR and started spending more time using this camera on every occasion including every walk in the woods, neighborhood, trips, family functions, any events among friends and family. Realized 7 years ago,passion to a photography business (RSquarePix Photography) covering community events, family photos, weddings, arangetram, birthday, maternity etc. After that it is a journey many of you have witnessed here.

Won 3 consecutive years of Community Votes award for best photographer business (RSquarePix Photography) in Ottawa.

At a personal level, nature, bird and wildlife photos are featured in CBC Ottawa, CTV Ottawa, Ottawa Wildlife Care Center, Canadian Wildlife Federation, Ottawa Tourism, Ottawa Valley Bird Care Center, Canadian Geographic, honored to be selected as Judge for 2 consecutive years to judge photography competition at Camera Club of Ottawa and won Ottawa Valley Wild Bird Care Centre's 2024 Calendar Photo Contest and bird photo published in 2024 calendar and many more.

Now, Raghu have widely spread business covering Photography, Videography and Live streaming services for all kind of events (Kannada Sangha events, Gujarati Cultural Association events, TGIF events, Indian High Commission events, Overseas Friends of India, Indo Canada Association, Dhruvees, Whiskey Ottawa show, Weddings, Arangetramss etc) in and around Ottawa, Montreal and Toronto. We can say his passion for photography converted to business and today standing as a one of the recognized business in Ottawa and helping young minds of similar passion!

Srini Rangan - President

Namaskara. My Name is Srinivasa Rangan. Born and grew up in Bengaluru and moved to Ottawa 18 years ago. My Family, Mother (lives in Bengaluru), wife and two kids. I work in a High Tech here in Ottawa. Passionate about the rich Bharathiya culture that I belong to, while Karnataka is my Native land, Kannada is my pride. Previously worked with social organization like RSS since my childhood for couple decades. Very Humbled to serve this community that I call "my second family".

Hello, As the Vice President of Kannada Sangha Ottawa, I am honored to serve a community that I have been proudly part of for over 15 years. I look forward to working with our dedicated team to continue fostering a sense of belonging and cultural pride among Kannadigas in Ottawa. My background: I am a Banking professional and enjoy participating in fitness activities such as dance, dragon boat and yoga.

Ramya Srinivasa - Secretary

I am Ramya, from Bangalore, living in Canada for 15 years. I joined the KSO in 2024 and loving it. It just feels like to be in Bangalore, around namma Kannadigas. This year, I joined the KSO committee as secretary eagerly to serve the community.
I work at GDLS as program specialist. I am a busy mom who is a designated driver for all drop off and pick ups. I like socializing, hiking, walking….

My native is near Hubli and been in Ottawa close to a decade now. I am Passionate about Kannada language and culture and believe in listening deeply, learning continuously and walking alongside those who are doing the work on the ground.
