Accolades galore for Ankita - Winner of the 2025 RBC 21 Under 21 Award, 2025 Young Entrepreneur award - Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce, 2025 Canadian Federation of University Women (CFWU) Scholarship for Leadership and Service . At just 17, Ankita has already become one of Ottawa's most promising young leaders in sports, service and innovation. 

Did you know that Ankita is also a national level chess player and Founder-Kanata Chess Academy. She has introduced the game to more than 200 children, particularly girls in a male-dominated space-while raising thousands of dollars for Cancer Research, food security, and local charities. Her academy has grown into Ottawa's largest youth chess organization, with citywide tournaments featured on CTV News and inspiring a new generation of players.
